Anthony Davis

Back in mid-October, GetMoreSports.com was the first news organization to report that Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans was going to request a trade. And that is exactly what happened over the weekend, with Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN breaking the news of Davis’ official request on Monday morning.

So where will Davis end up, and when?

That is the multi-million dollar question, because Davis will forfeit his rights to a supermax extension if he is indeed dealt — whether it is before the Feb. 7 trade deadline, or after July 1 when the new salary cap figure comes out. If you have a hunch on where Davis will play, of just want to get in on the action, BetDSI has several Anthony Davis-related props available to wager on.

Brett Martel of the Associated Press joined Sheridan on Monday afternoon on Episode 46 of Sheridan’s podcast to go over the possibilities … as well as to discuss the alternative Super Bowl plans that are being made in New Orleans after the Saints were robbed of a chance to play in the game because of an egregious pass interference call late in the fourth quarter.

FROM OCTOBER: ANTHONY DAVIS WILL REQUEST A TRADE FROM PELICANS

Martel also listed the best restaurant in New Orleans, and it should not come as a surprise to anyone who has ever eaten there. Hint: White Gloves.

Enjoy!
