Looking for some new television shows to watch this month while the temperatures climb? Good, because there’s plenty to choose from. Check these out:

Miz & Mrs: It was only a matter of time before Miz TV became something kind of real. The Miz, a WWE superstar was born under the name Michael Gregory Mizanin before becoming one of the hottest names in wrestling. Today, he is married to fellow WWE superstar Maryse and the couple just had their first baby. Now their lives are going to play out in front of the camera starting July 24th at 10 p.m. on USA. The Miz has been on television before, starting out on MTV’s The Real World, back in 2001.

“It’s pretty insane,” Maryse told EW of their lives and the series.

“We made a 30-minute comedy and it’s things that people can relate to and I think that’s what’s gonna set us apart from everybody else,” said The Miz to 411Mania.

Ted Williams: The Greatest Hitter Who Ever Lived: This documentary features never-before-seen footage of Williams’ final game and includes new interviews with Bob Costas, Wade Boggs, Ben Bradlee Jr. and Joey Votto. “The Greatest Hitter Who Ever Lived” premieres Monday, July 23 at 9 p.m. on PBS (check local listings) in honor of Williams’ centennial (August 30, 1918 – July 5, 2002). The only nickname that he ever wanted was “the greatest hitter who ever lived,” and Williams was the last player to hit over .400, finishing the 1941 season batting .406.

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team: They are beautiful and talented and they are back on the CMT station for their 13th season.  This docu-drama follows the cheerleaders as they get ready for a new season and work on making the team. Thew new season starts at 10 p.m. ET on Aug. 2.

Ultimate Ninja Challenge: Can’t get enough of American Ninja Warrior? Then check out Discovery Channel’s newest television show — a survival competition series titled Ultimate Ninja Challenge, which is set to premiere August 5. The show throws nine contestants — male and female — from all walks of life into the cold Pacific Northwest wilderness, where then they must complete eight missions based on the ancient laws of the Ninja. The missions include traversing frigid swamps, surviving overnight on an icy glacier and even escaping imprisonment, with little to no sleep or food, to prove they can live the life of a warrior. The show will premiere Sunday, Aug. 5, at 10 p.m.

The ESPYs: Think of this television show as the Academy Awards of the sports world. Who is the best female athlete and best male athlete? Who is the best breakthrough athlete and the best team? After you’re done voting, we’ll find out who the winners are on ABC, July 18th.

Eat. Race. Win: Do you live for The Tour de France? This behind-the-scenes adventure takes you on a training venture with the Queen of Performance Cooking, Chef Hannah Grant, who shares her performance food for Australia’s pro cycling team, Orica-Scott. This is an unbelievable view of what it takes to endure such training for 21 race days. You can find Season 1 of Eat. Race. Win. on Amazon Prime.

These television shows should keep you busy for a little while. What else are you watching this summer?
