Tired of playing those office football survivor pool contests where only some coworkers pay up?
BetDSI is alleviating those concerns – and expanding beyond the boundaries of the office – with the launch of the 2018 NFL Sharp Survivor contest. It’s survivor pools taken to the next level. Since it’s being run online, people from all around the world will be joining, which only adds to the excitement and the payout.
Sharp Survivor rules are mostly as you know them: each week, you’ll have the opportunity to pick one team that you think will win the game outright (no point spreads). If your team loses at any point, you’re out. If your team wins, then you win and you get to move on to the following week. The catch, as with all survivor pools, is that you can’t reuse the same team again the rest of the season.
How To Play:
- Pick 1 team to win outright (no point spreads) every week of the NFL regular season (1-17)
- If your team wins, you advance to the following week
- If your team loses, you are eliminated from the contest (ties are considered a loss)
- Once you have selected a team for a given week, you cannot use that team again during the contest
- Winner is determined by the furthest advancement by elimination
- Grand Prize winner-take-all cash amount is based on number of contestants
There are three Sharp Survivor contests that will be run for different levels of commitment. You’re able to join the $250, $500 or $1000 levels depending on what fits your budget and how big of a payday you’re gunning for. The survivor pool winner will be determined by the person who advances the furthest. The Grand Prize winner gets to take home all of the cash, which will be based on the number of contestants involved.
Kickoff for the 2018 NFL Season is rapidly approaching as Week 1 of the regular season arrives on Thursday, September 6.
