Josh Rosen gets settled

The Cardinals traded Rosen, the 10th overall pick in 2018, to the Dolphins the day after selecting Kyler Murray first overall. Rosen tweeted about the transition to Miami.

Feels like the first day of school all over again lol

“Game of Thrones” reactions

If you spent any time on Twitter on Sunday night, you would have noticed that every single trending topic was related to the latest episode of “Game of Thrones.” Here’s a rundown of some of the best reactions, beginning with the New York Jets.

We've signed undrafted free agent Arya Stark.

It’s safe to say Christian McCaffrey was satisfied.

Greatest television episode of all time. Period. No discussion. Thank you @GameOfThrones

Chris Long echos a popular sentiment about one of the characters.

ESPN’s Mike Clay piles on the Giants.

Giants just traded for the Night King

— Mike Clay (@MikeClayNFL) April 29, 2019

Former NFL offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz thought it was a poor exposure for the White Walkers.

I’ll tell you one unit that’s grading out poorly tonight … the Night King’s army of soliders to protect him. Low PFF grade

Sebastian Janikowski retires

Janikowski spent 18 years with the Raiders and one with the Seahawks before calling it a career. If nothing else, the former 17th overall pick’s career was a financial success.

Sebastian Janikowski told ESPN that, after 19 seasons, he is retiring from NFL at the age of 41: “It was a good run. I still think of the Super Bowl – it still hurts.” He plans to turn into a cab driver, taking his 3 girls to school. Seabass made more $ than any K in NFL history.

— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) April 28, 2019

Seahawks punter Michael Dickson was an All-Pro as a rookie and thanked Janikowski for his help.

Enjoy retirement legend. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet to show me the ropes my first year. pic.twitter.com/EfIfOBz8XU

— Michael Dickson (@mdcksn) April 29, 2019

Now that Janikowski is gone, only one player from the 2000 NFL Draft remains.

Incredible stat from @FieldYates: With Sebastian Janikowski retiring, the man whose name was called from this card, as the 2000 Draft’s 199th pick, is now the last active player from that draft to still be playing in the NFL. pic.twitter.com/efo2oxpLcM

Panthers add The Real Deal’s son

Elijah Holyfield, the son of former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield, joined the Panthers as an undrafted free agent. Holyfield was just 32 yards shy of being the Georgia Bulldogs’ leading rusher. A power back, he’ll compete to be a change-of-pace option behind Christian McCaffrey.
