Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby scored a goal against the New York Rangers last night and made an assist to reach 100 points for the sixth time in his career. The 31-year old Canadian is already a legend and only another legend, Mario Lemieux, has more 100-point seasons than Crosby.

Aleksander Barkov set a franchise record for the Panthers

Aleksander Barkov became the first-ever Florida Panthers player to reach 96 points in a single season. The 23-year old scored a goal along with an assist in a 4-3 overtime loss to New Jersey last night to set the franchise record. The Panthers will miss the postseason for the third straight year, but the talented center had a memorable season.
