Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Jalen Mills was arrested after getting into a fight outside a Washington D.C. nightclub on Saturday night, along with Washington Wizards forward Devin Robinson.

Patriots and Chung reach one-year deal

Patrick Chung and the New England Patriots reached an agreement on a one-year contract extension Saturday. Chung will remain with the team through 2021. Chung’s deal is now worth $6 million with a base salary of $2 million.

The Patriots and safety Patrick Chung have agreed to a one-year extension through 2021, per sources. A key contributor who continues to play at a high level.

Thielen and Vikings finalize extension

On Friday night the Minnesota Vikings and Pro Bowl wide receiver Adam Thielen came to terms on a four-year contract extension worth $64 million with $35 million guaranteed. Thielen’s deal could be worth as much as $73 million with contract incentives.

Brady, others, will be forced to wear new helmets by NFL

A total of 31 players, including future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady, will be forced by the NFL to wear new helmets this season after their old helmets failed to meet the league’s current safety standards.

Forrest Gregg passes away at 85

Hall of Fame offensive tackle Forrest Gregg died Friday in Colorado Springs, Colo. He was 85 years old. Gregg succumbed to complications from Parkinson’s disease which he first announced he had developed in 2011.
