Some team could be lining up to win the NFL Draft lottery. Stanford running back Bryce Love, who tore his ACL last season, is experiencing tightness in his left knee. The worry about Love’s health could push him into the fourth round or later, meaning a team could land a first-round talent on Day Three of the draft. Two seasons ago Love rushed for 2,118 yards and 19 touchdowns for the Cardinal.

Falcons bring back Ra’Shede Hegeman

Ra’Shede Hegeman hasn’t played a down of football since 2016, but that didn’t keep the Atlanta Falcons from adding him back to the team. Atlanta originally drafted Hageman in the second round out of Minnesota back in 2014. They released him after a domestic violence arrest in 2017. If he does make the final roster, he’ll be suspended for two games this season for violating the NFL’s Substance Abuse policy.

Ramsey and Smith skip Jaguars’ workouts

Star defensive players Jalen Ramsey and linebacker Telvin Smith have skipped out on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ voluntary conditioning program and Tom Coughlin is not pleased.

To be clear, Jalen Ramsey is exactly where Jalen should be during his off season. He’s spending time with his young daughter & family while training in his hometown of Nashville. In addition the Jags are fully aware of why he is not taking part in the voluntary off season program

Raiders scouting staff in turmoil

Oakland Raiders general manager Mike Mayock and head coach Jon Gruden have emptied their draft room of 14 people from their player personnel department, most of them scouts. The Raiders apparently “don’t know who to trust” when it comes to scouting players and sharing information with other teams.

Sources: #Raiders coach Jon Gruden and GM Mike Mayock sent their scouts home for the weekend and they are not expected to return by draft time. The belief is they don’t know who to trust and wanted to clear the room.
